CPF Contribution Calculator

Enter a monthly wage and age band to estimate the CPF contribution split between employer and employee, using the rates effective from 1 January 2026. This is a planning tool, not a payroll system — for a precise figure on an actual payslip, use the CPF Board’s official calculator.

CPF contribution rates (from 1 January 2026)

These are the rates this calculator uses, for Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents in their third year of residency onward, on monthly wages above $750.

Age group Employer Employee Total
55 and below 17% 20% 37%
Above 55 to 60 16% 18% 34%
Above 60 to 65 12.5% 12.5% 25%
Above 65 to 70 9% 7.5% 16.5%
Above 70 7.5% 5% 12.5%

New rates apply from the first day of the month after an employee turns 55, 60, 65 or 70. The CPF Ordinary Wage ceiling is $8,000/month — contributions are calculated on wages up to that cap, with Additional Wage (bonus) contributions capped separately per employee per year. Permanent Residents in their first or second year of residency, and wages between $50 and $750/month, follow different graduated formulas not covered by this calculator — see the CPF Board’s own calculator for those cases.

This tool provides estimates for reference only and is not a substitute for payroll advice. For the full rate tables, graduated PR rates, and an exact calculation, use the CPF Board’s official contribution calculator.
