Singapore to lift retirement age to 65 and re-employment age to 70 from 2029
From 1 January 2029, Singapore will move the statutory retirement age up to 65 and the re-employment age up to 70. Flexible work arrangements for older workers will also be expanded.
For support available in the meantime, Get That Job, a sister site, covers the Part-Time Re-employment Grant, now extended to end-2027.
